![]() They say it was sent to my old address but I didn't receive anything. That is when I told her I never received a title. A lady named ***** called me on 3/18/22 from Coda Motors to ask if I had registered the car yet. My bank nor myself have received the title for the car from the car lot. It has now been over a year since the purchase of the car took place. I financed $14,341.64 thru my bank, AAA FCU. I will also mention that Al at Coda Motors has put this pressure on me because he said that he sold the car and the new owner is going to back out of the deal because they do not have a title, which from my understanding is illegal to sell a vehicle without first obtaining a clear title. Coda Motors has put a large amount of stress on me because of their shortcomings and have made me feel lesser because of this ordeal. I should mention it took them 3 months for them to contact me for a title that I had never originally received in the mail and have ordered a duplicate for. They have threatened to have the state police involved. They are now harassing me via text and phone calls threatening me by saying they will put the loan (this was paid off months ago) back in my name after we have already signed the paperwork and the loan was paid off. They are now harassing me for a title that they originally failed to ask for, after I had asked before the deal ever even took place if there was anything that they needed because the car was originally registered and titled in Montana. They are unwilling to reimburse me because they said it was not their problem and that their problems are bigger than mine. The dealership specifically told me that they replaced the brakes before I left the lot that day, I then had to get the brakes replaced for $1165.55 within the 90 days I was given to get the safety and emissions test done. ** See product photos for more informations about chassis setup. The dealership originally sold me a car that broke down within 20 minutes of driving it off of the lot and then the next car I purchased was not able to pass a safety inspection because the brakes were below 2/32.
